What we can help with

Questions about a model — what moves, what lights up, what comes in the box, which batteries it takes, what age it suits and which truck pairs well with one you already own. Write to us and a person on the crew will answer.

What we cannot help with

Anything tied to a purchase: payment, delivery dates, tracking, damaged parcels, refunds and replacements. None of that passes through this desk. Raise it through the order page of the partner store that handled the sale — they hold the record and can act on it the same day.

How long we take

We read everything that arrives and answer in order. Expect two working days, longer in the weeks before a holiday when the yard is busiest.
