Haul rules

The terms that apply when you use this site.

Using this site

Everything here is published for information: model descriptions, specifications, prices and guidance. You may read it, print it and share a link to it. You may not copy the text, photographs or page layouts for use elsewhere without our written permission.

Prices and availability

Prices shown are the figures we last read from our retail partner's listing and they move without notice. The price on the order page at the moment you check out is the one that applies. Where a model shows as out of stock here, our partner's listing had no seller at the time we checked.

Specifications

Dimensions, battery types, box contents and age marks are taken from the product packaging and listings. We correct errors as soon as we find them, but packaging changes between production runs. If a detail is critical to your purchase, confirm it on the order page before you buy.

Orders, delivery and returns

We do not take orders, hold stock or ship parcels. Every purchase is completed through the order page of the partner store, under the terms shown there at checkout, and any question about delivery, payment, warranty or returns has to be raised in the same place.

Liability

Our toys are made to the safety standards marked on their packaging and are intended for the ages shown. Supervise young children, follow the battery guidance in the manual, and keep small accessories away from anyone under three. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from use that ignores those marks.
