Fire Truck is one of the Maxx Action toy rescue trucks we build, and it is held to the same standard as everything else in the yard. It works an extending ladder; it carries its own light and sound set.
What you actually get in the hand is this: The firetruck makes three different realistic sounds. Push one of the buttons to turn on your sirens, honk the horn or rev up the engine. Lights flash when you push the buttons for maximum fun. Push the button to activate the motorized engine and speed to your next destination. Go on an exciting rescue mission with the huge fire and rescue vehicle.
The treaded rubber tires really spin, enhancing imaginative play. Kids will feel like a hero as they play with the movable ladder. The ladder extends, raises and lowers so you can reach super high areas.
Designed for exciting rescue adventures, this large firetruck toy from Sunny Days Entertainment features realistic details, bright multicolor styling, and interactive functions that bring imaginative play to life. Measuring 11.75 in. L x 5 in. W x 6 in. H, this big fire truck toy is easy for small hands to grasp while still making a bold impression during playtime. Built from durable plastic, it is lightweight yet sturdy for everyday indoor fun. The self-propelled, motorized fire truck for kids includes batteries and delivers engaging action right out of the box.
We mark this one for ages 3+, which is about grip size and small parts rather than how hard it is to enjoy. Park it next to a construction set and the first dump-truck tip gives it a job to do.

Living with this Maxx Action toy truck
The only performance figure we argue about internally is whether an extending ladder still works after a season on a hard floor, and that is what Fire Truck was drawn around. Everything else on the box is description. That is the performance test it has to pass before we will put our name on the cab.
Service on this one is deliberately dull: grit brushed dry out of the hubs instead of oiled, a barely damp cloth on the bodywork, and the accessories washed properly in warm water. That is the whole maintenance list. If it fails inside normal service rather than wearing out, raise it through the order page of the partner store that handled the sale.
